Events / training courses may be booked online using our online booking and payment facilities. Registration and payment may also be made by post. The following terms and conditions apply to all registrations.

Events / Training Course Booking: Terms & Conditions

1. Please read the course information carefully, ensuring that you are satisfied with the venue, fee and suitability of content prior to booking.
2. Course schedules are subject to demand and in exceptional circumstances, courses can be postponed or cancelled. Full refunds will be offered to any clients affected by such changes.
3. A partipant’s place is secured on payment of the course fee only. We accept payment by cheque, postal order or online credit card booking.
4. If your registration is confirmed, you will be issued with a confirmation note/ receipt by email. This entitles you to attend the course. Please print this out and bring it with you on the course start date as proof of payment.
5. We reserve the right to refuse admission to a course if payment has not been received prior to the course start date.
6. If the course is full at the time we receive your registration, you will receive a 100% refund. Alternatively you may choose to defer your registration to the next available start date.
7. In the event that you book a place and subsequently do not attend the course, no refund will be given. However, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 3 weeks before the course start date.
8. We appreciate that the late cancellation of a course place or the withdrawal from a course by a participant may be unavoidable. In such cases, the waiver of the course fee remains at our discretion.
9. All cancellation requests should be made to our office. 
10. No refunds will be given for partial non-attendance.
11. Your personal information is confidential and fully protected by the Data Protection Acts.
12. All course materials are copyright and must not be reproduced or transferred by any means.
